New Document Upload Feature for MOSERS Members
[Posted on 07/08/2015 at 10:58 AM]
MOSERS members can now upload documents directly to the secure Member Homepage instead of mailing or faxing these documents to MOSERS. This is a new tool that will allow members to upload most of the proof documents as part of the online retirement process, such as a passport, marriage certificate, or Missouri driver’s license.
To upload proof documents, log in to your secure Member Homepage. At the top menu, under Online Documents, select Document Upload. Or, as part of the online retirement process, after the retirement application is complete, look for the Document Upload link on the left side under the progress bar.
- Have the documents scanned and saved in PDF or JPG format before logging in.
- Make sure each file size is less than 8 MB.
- Please note the 15-minute time at the top of the webpage. This security feature protects your personal data in case you are using a public or shared computer and forget to log out. This is why it’s important to have your documents scanned and saved before you begin.
- After you click submit, the upload status will display at the bottom of the page. It will indicate your file is successfully uploaded after completion.
This new tool will make the online retirement process faster, easier, and even more secure.
