The Employers Procedures Manual is your reference guide to employer procedures, reports, and forms.

Note: This is the 2017-2018 edition. We will be making changes and announcing updates later this year. In the meantime, you may continue to reference this version.

Note: Some portions of the videos do not match the design of the new MOSERS website but the instructions on using the Employer Secure Site and employer processes are still accurate.
