- Once you have access to the Employer Login, register for a password.
- Complete and submit most forms to us online through the Employer Login. You can find additional employer and member forms in the Library.
- Review our employer training videos and the Employers Procedures Manual to understand how to correctly submit forms and complete reports.
- MOSERS provides training for you and your HR/payroll staff. This includes Benefits U, a free conference to help you stay up to date on HR procedures and benefit news.

- Use the Summary of Pension Benefit Provisions (All Plans) as a handy reference on the features of each pension plan. It includes plans for general state employees, legislators, statewide elected officials, and judges.
- Public pension benefits have a significant positive impact. Our Economic Impact Reports include active employee payroll and retiree benefit amounts by Missouri House, Senate or Congressional District.
- View current employer contribution rates for pension benefits, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits.
- New employees (members of the MSEP 2011 and Judicial Plan 2011) are required to contribute 4% of their pay towards their future pension.
- Most new members are also automatically enrolled to contribute 1% of pay to MO Deferred Comp for personal savings.
