MOSERS wants member feedback.
The following are results from ongoing surveys that MOSERS sends to members.

	Counseling Survey - Sent to a random sample of members who have recently met with one of our benefit counselors.
	LTD Process Survey - Sent to members on long-term disability
	Phone Calls Survey - Sent to a random sample of members who have recently called into our office.
	Purchase of Service Survey - Sent to members who have purchased service.
	Retirement Process Survey - Sent to new retirees approximately one week after the first benefit payment is made.
