Pam Palmquist has 23 years of experience in the public service benefits arena. She is the supervisor of Benefit Services for MOSERS and is responsible for overseeing the MOSERS' contact center.
Katy Lacy, MCHCPKaty Lacy received her bachelor of science in corporate communication from the University of Central Missouri where she completed an internship in public information with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. She was a Public Information Specialist for the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration for a year and a half before accepting a position as a Communication Specialist with the Missouri Consolidated Health Plan.
