JoAnn has 23 years of experience in the benefits field and is currently the Records and Facility Manager for MOSERS. She is a Certified Government Benefits Administrator with the State and Local Government Benefits Association (SALGBA) and a Certified Records Manager with the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM). JoAnn currently serves as the Past-President of the Columbia/Jefferson City chapter of ARMA International. She received an associate of arts and a bachelor's degree in history and political science from Columbia College.
