SEBES - Mandatory Effective January 1, 2008
The Statewide Employee Benefit Enrollment System (SEBES) will be mandatory for all new employees hired on or after January 1, 2008. As employers, it is your responsibility to key demographic information into SEBES on or before the employees hire date. If you enter an email address for new employees, they will receive their SEBES password immediately. If you do not enter an email address, they will receive their SEBES password by mail. Please note that all deductions and contributions will be set up automatically in SAM II for anyone keyed into SEBES. As an employer, you can sign into the SEBES website by using your MOSERS or MCHCP employer ID and password. You can then go to the “publications” section to view frequently asked questions, publications, and samples of employee web pages. If you have any questions about SEBES, please contact JoAnn Looten by email or by calling 573-632-6180.

Change to MOSERS Deductions and Contributions
MOSERS deductions and contributions that are effective dated January 1, 2008 or after will automatically be loaded into SAMII for all MOSERS members. You will no longer need to key this information into SAM II. It is important that you send us all applicable forms (termination forms, optional life changes, leave of absence forms, transfer forms, etc.) promptly so that we may take the correct deductions out of the member’s payrolls throughout the year. We will also do 1DEDS for any member contributions and deductions that are past due. Please remember that MOSERS deductions and contributions are withheld in arrears.

Aged Accounts, Terminated, and Transfer Reports
Your reports are available online in the secure portion of MOSERS’ website. Please go to MOSERS' website and click on the Employer Login section of the site. Use your social security number and employer password to sign on. Once you are signed on, click on the applicable report. Names of individuals responsible for working the reports will appear on the right. You may view any or all portions of the report by clicking on the appropriate name or department. The reports are printer friendly and available online until MOSERS begins processing next month’s report.
