2008 HR Conference

Registration has ended, and we would like to thank everyone who registered for this year’s conference. We will be sending out confirmation letters by email 2 weeks before the conference date listing your individual session schedules. See you at the Country Club Hotel on September 9th.

Invalid Address Report -Preparing for MOSERS Annual Term Life Insurance Review

MOSERS is making final preparations for our annual life insurance review that will occur during the month of October. MOSERS does not send mail to members that have an invalid address on file in our system. It is important that we have correct mailing addresses on file for all benefit eligible employees. Please sign in to MOSERS secure portion of the employer web site and select the “MOSERS Invalid Address” report. Submit any necessary changes as soon as possible so that eligible employees will receive their election forms.

Important Change to the Leave of Absence Form

Effective September 1, 2008, MOSERS will once again ask you to submit proof documents, such as a DD214 for active employees returning from military leave. We will be updating our forms to reflect this change in our procedures. Please contact Sally Hager at 573-632-6171 for any questions.

Aged Accounts, Terminated, and Transfer Reports
