Statewide Employee Benefit Enrollment System (SEBES)

In a little more than two months the Statewide Employee Benefit Enrollment System (SEBES) will be "unveiled" at this year's HR conference.

This year's conference will take place on September 25, 2007 and will once again be held at the Country Club Hotel, Lake Ozark. Comprehensive training for the Statewide Employee Benefit Enrollment System will be provided at this FREE one-day event, however, there are some important things that you may need to consider prior to that date. It will be critical for you as employers to key the ESMT for new employees into SAM II on their DATE OF HIRE in order for new employees to have full access to all of their benefits immediately. If it is not your practice to key new employees into SAM II on the date of hire, you might want to get in the habit of doing so now. It will also be important to collect a home or work email address on all new hires on or prior to their date of employment. This will allow the new employee the longest possible time period to enroll. For more information on this new system, sign up now to attend the HR Conference!

MOSERS Aged Accounts Report
Your Aged Accounts Report is available online in the secure portion of MOSERS' website. Please go to www.mosers.org and click on the Employer Login section of the site. Use your social security number and password to sign on.

Once you are signed on, click the "Aged Accounts Report" heading. Names of individuals responsible for working the Aged Accounts Report will appear on the right. You may view any or all portions of the report by clicking on the appropriate name or department. The report is printer friendly and available online until MOSERS begins processing next month's report.
