SAM II Address Match Report

A SAM II address match report is available each month on the secure portion of our website for all employers that use SAM II. The report allows employers to review address, name, gender and date of birth records that differ from the information that MOSERS has on file. MOSERS uses standard postal software that updates mailing addresses to match postal requirements. You can view a copy of standard United States Postal abbreviations on their website. Using standard postal abbreviations when you enter data into SAM II will limit the number of individuals that show up on your mismatch report. ASI has recently updated their SEBES web pages. Updated copies of screen prints of employee web pages are now available under “Publications” on the SEBES site.

MOSERS Contribution Rates for FY 2009 Please see the attached memo from the OA Division of Accounting for 2009 employer contribution rates for employees covered under MOSERS, MCHCP, and the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Incentive Plan. The contribution rates for FY 2009 are identified below. Life insurance and LTD contribution rates have not changed, however the retirement contribution rate is changing. For employers in SAM II, the contribution change will occur automatically. Non-SAM II employers will need to begin submitting the new retirement contributions for July payrolls. Rate Type FY 2009 Rate Retirement Contribution Rate 12.53% Judges Retirement Contribution Rate 60.07% Basic Life Insurance State Contribution 0.33% Retiree Basic Life Insurance State Contribution 0.115% Long-Term Disability State Contribution - SAM II 0.495% Long-Term Disability State Contribution - Non SAM II 0.55% If you have any questions about contribution rates, please contact JoAnn Looten at (573) 632-6180 or Sally Hager at (573) 632-6171

Aged Accounts, Terminated, and Transfer Reports Your reports are available online in the secure portion of MOSERS’ website. Please go to MOSERS' website and click on the Employer Login section of the site. Use your social security number and employer password to sign on. Once you are signed on, click on the applicable report. Names of individuals responsible for working the reports will appear on the right. You may view any or all portions of the report by clicking on the appropriate name or department. The reports are printer friendly and available online until MOSERS begins processing the next month’s report.
