Waiting
for a Service Correction?
We
just discovered that a recent programming change had an unintended
consequence. If you have submitted an Application to Correct
Service online since April 12, please fax your confirmation
letter to JoAnn Looten at (573) 632-6180 to ensure that the
request is processed. If for some reason, you did not print
your confirmation page, please resubmit the application. We
have checked all electronic form processes and this is the only
form that was impacted. Thankfully, it is not a high volume
form, but it’s obviously very important to anyone who
is waiting on a service decision. We sincerely apologize for
this inconvenience and thank you for your help.
