SEBES
Implementation
The
new Statewide Employees' Benefit Enrollment System (SEBES) will
be revealed at this year's HR conference on Tuesday, 9/25/2007.
It is critical that individuals involved
in HR and employee benefits attend this conference to receive
training on SEBES. The system will be available on 9/25/2007
and will be mandatory on 1/1/2008. More information will be
available soon.
SAMII Agencies -
Actives with Email Addresses on File
Last month we ran a report
in our HR Update detailing the number of active employees in
SAMII that have email addresses on file in our system. We encouraged
you to submit email addresses not yet on file at MOSERS for
your SAMII employees. We received an overwhelming response and
hope to continue receiving employee email addresses in the future.
Below is an updated version of the report which ran last month.

As
we gear up for the implementation of the new Statewide Employees'
Benefit Enrollment System (SEBES), it has become more crucial
than ever to collect email addresses from new employees. Having
an email address on file will ensure prompt access to their
many benefits.

Electronic Forms Receipt Continues to
Grow
Below is a chart of MOSERS'
March 2007 forms receipts. We broke last month's record of 45%
by receiving 46% of all forms electronically in March. Thank
you for your continued efforts with this project.
Aged Accounts Report Now Available
If you are responsible for working the
Aged Accounts Report, please note the following important information:
Your
Aged Accounts Report is available online in the secure portion
of MOSERS' website. Please go to www.mosers.org and
click on the Employer
Login section of the site. Use your social security number
and password to sign on.
Once
you are signed on, click the "Aged Accounts Report"
heading. Names of individuals responsible for working the Aged
Accounts Report will appear on the right. You may view any or
all portions of the report by clicking on the appropriate name
or department. The report is printer friendly and available
online until MOSERS begins processing next month's report.
