MOSERS is currently redesigning its website. The overall mission of this project is to create an online presence that will better serve our many unique visitors and fulfill the growing demand for electronic communications. As a subscriber of MOSERS' HR Update and a valued visitor of our website, your anonymous responses will be an integral part of the redevelopment. THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS BEING SENT AT THE REQUEST OF CITISTREET New Unforeseen Emergency Withdrawal Form for CitiStreet’s State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Program A new form for "Unforeseen Emergency Withdrawals" has been placed on the CitiStreet website. The form may be easily accessed from the home page under Plan information / Forms / Emergency Withdrawal Form. An unforeseeable emergency constituting a "financial hardship" includes sudden, unexpected and non-reimbursed major expenses. A few examples are: to prevent eviction from or foreclosure on primary residence, loss of income due to illness, accident or layoff, funeral expenses for spouse/dependent. Please use the new form and discard any old stock. Participants who are requesting an Unforeseen Emergency Withdrawal must use the new form.
