Refund Policy Effective January 1, 2007
In
an effort to reduce some of life’s red tape, MOSERS will
no longer require employers to complete a Refund
Request Form
for refunds greater than $3.00. Refunds will
be generated automatically after deductions have been corrected.
A Refund Request Form will still be required for refunds
less than $3.00. If you have any questions about this new procedure,
please call JoAnn Looten at 573-632-6180.

2007 Educational Opportunities
Seminar and workshop posters were mailed to you at the beginning
of this month, however, we've received requests for
letter-sized posters. The links above will allow you to
view and print 8.5 x 11 posters for PreRetirement Planning seminars
and Money Matters workshops. Registration
is now open for 2007 dates.

As planning continues for this year's HR Conference,
we extend to you the opportunity to let us know of any sessions

Aged
Accounts Report Now Available
If you are responsible for working the Aged Accounts Report, please
note the following important information:
Your
Aged Accounts Report is available online in the secure portion
of MOSERS' website. Please go to www.mosers.org and
click on the Employer
Login section of the site. Use your social security number
and password to sign on.
Once
you are signed on, click the "Aged Accounts Report"
heading. Names of individuals responsible for working the Aged
Accounts Report will appear on the right. You may view any or
all portions of the report by clicking on the appropriate name
or department. The report is printer friendly and available
online until MOSERS begins processing next month's report.
