This program is not included as part of MOSERS policy allocation. Instead, this program reflects the staff’s view that separation of beta and alpha allows for a more efficient implementation of each of the two distinct components of investment return. MOSERS is currently implementing a portion of the domestic equity, hedged equity and core fixed income sub-class allocations utilizing this program. In addition, 100% of the market neutral sub-class allocation is being implemented using this program.
